Delete my data

BellCue is operated by Get Cimiento LLC d/b/a BellCue.

You can request deletion of your BellCue account and associated BellCue data at any time.

Deleting BellCue data does not delete original messages from Gmail.

To request deletion:
  1. Sign in to BellCue.
  2. Open Family or Account Settings.
  3. Select Privacy and Data.
  4. Select Delete My Account and Data.
  5. Confirm the request.

You may also email privacy@bellcuekids.com from the email address associated with your BellCue account. Before deletion, BellCue may ask you to verify your identity.

BellCue will delete or de-identify applicable account information, structured reminders, stored email content, attachments, connected-account tokens, and household information within a reasonable period. Certain billing, consent, security, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect BellCue and its users.
