BellCue SMS Terms
Effective July 28, 2026
BellCue is operated by Get Cimiento LLC d/b/a BellCue.
Program name: BellCue
1. Program Description
BellCue sends non-marketing service text messages requested by users. Messages may include school and activity reminders; packed-lunch and item-to-bring reminders; forms and payment deadlines; schedule changes; school closures and early dismissals; items needing user review; account notices; phone-verification codes; and responses to user commands.
2. Consent
Recipients receive BellCue texts only after providing applicable consent and verifying their mobile number. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of BellCue's general Terms of Service.
Consent to BellCue texts is optional. Users who decline may continue using the BellCue web dashboard, but will not receive text reminders.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on school activity, Email Sources, household size, reminder settings, and user interactions. Recipients may receive multiple messages per day.
4. Charges
Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan. BellCue does not charge a separate per-message fee, but subscription charges may apply.
5. Opting Out
REPLY STOP TO OPT OUT OF BELLCUE TEXT MESSAGES. After a valid STOP request, BellCue will send one confirmation message and stop future BellCue texts to that number, except where legally permitted.
Category-level MUTE or PAUSE settings are not the same as a global STOP request.
6. Restarting Messages
Reply START to request resumption of eligible BellCue messages. BellCue may require renewed verification or consent.
7. Help
Reply HELP for help. You may also contact support@bellcuekids.com.
8. Supported Carriers
BellCue messaging may not be available through every carrier or in every location. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
BellCue handles mobile information as described in the BellCue Privacy Policy. BellCue does not sell mobile information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Eligibility
Recipients must be authorized by the BellCue account owner. Teen recipients must be at least 13 years old and authorized by a parent or guardian. Children under 13 may not receive direct BellCue texts.
11. Changes
BellCue may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website, dashboard, or another reasonable method.
